For over 30 years, Shay has helped facilitate operational changes to support the growth and expansion of Craft while maintaining unyielding standards of excellence. Her laser-like focus, lightning-quick pace, and strong determination produce successful outcomes throughout the company.
Before establishing professional roots in the Permian Basin, Shay earned a B.S. in Marketing from Texas A&M University. Passionate about her family, Shay enjoys supporting her adult sons in their endeavors in athletics, academics, and professional pursuits.
A new grandmother, Shay participates in the Moms in Prayer ministry and supports her local school community. Shay genuinely cares and advocates for thriving children and families.
