As CEO of Craft Office Systems, Nicole leads overall company strategy and innovation while building strong industry partnerships. A consultant at heart, she embraces learning and change, thinking out of the box, challenging the status quo, and cultivating relationships.
Nicole started her professional career working as a manager for Arthur Andersen in Washington, DC and as a consultant for Accenture in Atlanta, GA, where she worked in management and systems consulting for large-scale business process redesign, performance management, and systems implementation initiatives.
Having earned a B.S. in Business Administration from Georgetown University, Nicole fondly recalls shouting “Hoya Saxa!” at collegiate sporting events. She continues to advocate for classical education and is passionate about supporting the performing arts, promoting the health benefits of lifestyle medicine and plant-based nutrition, volunteering on nonprofit boards, and serving alongside her church family with her husband and daughters.
