Staying Strong as a Second Generation Family Business
Having worked with Copy Craft from its infancy, Shay Elliott and Nicole Lancto helped their parents build a company on a solid foundation that enabled its growth and stability.  In 2012, Craft Office Systems finalized the transition to the second generation of management.

Chief Executive Officer
Nicole Lancto serves as Chief Executive Officer of Craft Office Systems, having worked for the company since 2001 in various capacities. Mrs. Lancto oversees all primary business functions and leads strategic efforts in information technology initiatives and business offerings. Mrs. Lancto was a manager with Arthur Andersen’s Office of Government Services in Washington, D.C.  During her tenure there, she specialized in project management, change management, facilitation and training for business redesign and performance management efforts and financial management system implementations for the federal government.  Prior to Arthur Andersen, Mrs. Lancto was a systems consultant for Accenture, formerly known as Andersen Consulting, in Atlanta, GA.  Mrs. Lancto earned a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration on Business Government Relations from Georgetown University in Washington, D.C.  Mrs. Lancto has two young daughters and has served on the board for the Midland Chamber of Commerce and has volunteered with various non-profit organizations.

Chief Operating Officer
Shay Elliott serves as Chief Operating Officer of Craft Office Systems overseeing daily operations and leading the customer service team.  She has served Craft Office Systems for over 20 years in various capacities including finance, purchasing and marketing.  Mrs. Elliott received a B.S. in Marketing from Texas A&M University.  She serves as the Area Coordinator for Moms in Prayer International for schools and enjoys supporting her two teenage sons in their academic and athletic endeavors.  Her husband, Ariel Elliott, currently serves as Principal of Greenwood High School in Midland, TX.

Greg Lancto serves as President of Craft Office Systems.  He has been with the company since 2001 and currently oversees our sales team, customer relationship management, furniture design and delivery, and procurement and spending analysis. Prior to his tenure with Craft Office Systems, Mr. Lancto served as a manager for Arthur Andersen’s Office of Government Services in Washington, D.C. where he helped lead management consulting projects in business redesign and financial management.  He received a B.S. in Accounting from the State University of New York at Geneseo.  He has served as an Elder at First Presbyterian Church of Midland, has served on the board of the Midland Chamber of Commerce, and volunteers with various community service organizations.
