Eat Right. Good nutrition is an important part of every work day. Choose snacks and meals that are satisfying and good for you. Rally for more nutritious options in the company cafeteria or snack machine, or bring nourishing foods from home. Fruits, vegetables and whole grains are always great choices.
Stay Hydrated. Be sure you’re getting enough water: eight 8-oz. glasses each day. Keep a water bottle on your desk and know how many times you need to fill it to get your daily H2O quota. Water helps keep you alert, relieves stress, carries nutrients through your body, and even helps boost metabolism! It can also improve skin tone and texture, so it’s a beauty boost, too!
